About the Author

Kevin Flores has reinvented his career more than once over three decades in Silicon Valley: from agency co-founder to software product manager, freelancer, startup co-founder, and design leader at Verizon, 23andMe, and LinkedIn. Along the way, he co-authored 25 technology patents and worked for a pop star. Today, he coaches, speaks, and advises on design careers and leadership. He also co-wrote the Design Career Handbook with Jeanine Flores.
